Sindhu Karpakal is the Co-Founder and Director of SIAS Solutions, and the Founder of Cindia Pro Inc., with over 22 years of experience spanning Asia, Australia, and Canada. She brings a wealth of expertise in GMP, Compliance and Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Market Research, and Project Management.
Sindhu has successfully represented both corporate and individual clients across a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices, personal care products, and medical market research. She has played a vital role in supporting pharmacovigilance and regulatory strategies for companies operating in highly regulated environments.
She is a registered pharmacist and a certified phlebotomist, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Regulatory Affairs, a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance, and certifications in Quality Assurance for Medical Marijuana and Medical Cannabis GMP.
Ashish Singhal

Ashish Singhal is the Co-Founder and Director of SIAS Solutions and the Founder and CEO of CanSat Consulting Inc. With over 12 years of international experience in R&D, compliance, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and quality systems, Ashish has worked with clients in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food, psychedelics, and natural health products across Canada, the U.S., Germany, Portugal, and Australia.
He specializes in building compliance teams and implementing quality management systems aligned with GVP, GMP, EU-GMP, GDP, GACP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and FSSC 22000 standards. Ashish holds a diploma in Pharmacovigilance, a bachelor’s in biotechnology, and a master’s in food sciences, along with certifications in HACCP, Pharmaceutical GMP Regulations, and Medical Cannabis.
Ashish is a recognized thought leader and speaker, regularly invited to industry panels and academic forums. He has published peer-reviewed research and a book chapter on protein structure-function relationships. In addition, he teaches Regulatory Affairs at Conestoga College and serves as Vice-Chair of the Program Advisory Committee for the Regulatory Affairs program.
